Hayfield Park Recreation Ground
Due to the large amount of rain that fell in the winter months, the football pitch was left until spring to be seeded. The grass is now growing well, and everyone is looking forward to the ground being opened. Negotiations are currently being held, prior to the ownership of the land being passed from Peel to the Parish Council, and once this takes place the park will be ready for use.

Congratulations to the Auckley residents who earlier this year made and placed models/scarecrows around the village, some representing well-know characters, and others wearing masks in tribute to NHS workers. These creations are a welcome relief and brighten everyone’s day during this difficult time.
